Ingredients
Idly Batter – 1 Cup
Rava – 2 Tablespoons
Chopped Onion – 1/2 No.
Chopped Green Chilly – 1
Curry Leaves – 6 To 8 Nos.
Cooking Soda – A Pinch
Asafoetida – A Pinch
Salt
Oil – For Deep Frying
Preparation
1. Add rava, onion, green chilly, curry leaves, soda, asafoetida and salt to the idly batter. Mix well.
2. Heat oil for deep frying.
3. Take the batter in a spoon and put it in the oil. Deep fry until it turns golden brown.
Now, Easy Kunukku is ready!
Serve. Hotel Style Coconut Chutney, Til Chutney
