Wheat Bread Capsicum - A Winner in a bread-eater's territory!

I usually make this for an evening snack and sometimes, it becomes our dinner too. So, cook this healthy Bread Capsicum Sandwich often and stay healthy.

Kodamolaga Bread Sandwich

Ingredients

Chopped Capsicum – 1

Chopped Onion – 1

Chopped Green Chillies – 2

Wheat Bread – 4

Black Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon

Butter – As You Desire

Salt – As You Desire

Note. The ingredients shown will vary with the original quantity.

Preparation

1. Cut the brown edges of the bread (optional). In a pan, heat butter. Add onion and green chillies. Saute until onions turn golden brown, and then add capsicum and salt. Fry for 2 minutes and bring the pan down.

2. Apply butter on both the sides of the bread. Stuff the bread with capsicum masala and sprinkle little pepper powder on it. Heat a flat pan (dosa pan), toast the bread on either sides until golden brown along with the stuffed capsicum.Serve hot.
