I love mangoes. I love to try out as many mango recipes as possible during summer. This summer, my mom requested me to make Mango Lassi. She came here just to spend some time with me. I said yes and last Friday, I made this yummy Mango Lassi for her.
I also had a surprise guest at home that evening. My guest loved it to the core. When you are planning to throw a party, you can make this recipe which is very easy to make as well tasty too. You can definitely not go wrong anywhere. All you need is the curd. You can also play with the ingredients (i.e) you can add increase or decrease an ingredient as per your desire. My mom makes plain lassi often. I make Mango Lassi occasionally that is because I cannot eat too much of mangoes. Stay tuned for more mango recipes.
