A tasty and spicy fry!In no time, you can cook this fry. It just takes a matter of few minutes. My family and friends’ kids just love this. How much ever you have, this Plantain Fry will not be enough. I make it using potatoes, yam, colocasia(seppa kizhangu) etc. Sometimes I use a pinch of color depending on my mood.
